Hi all... Seperti mana ramai yang penah katakan, selepas berpantang adalah waktu yang paling kritikal untuk seorang ibu. Masa ni, apa yang kita nampak, nak makan. Maklumlah, 44 hari berpuasa makan sedap. Dan masa inilah berat badan kita mudah sangat nak naik. In my case, my weight was only 55kg after the confinement. I got my weight back. Akan tetapi, dgn keadaan yg sentiasa lapar menyusukan aryssa, i was always grabbing food. All types of food. End up, i gained weight to 58kg. Huh. I stressed big time. Then, my twin sisters decided to help me out. HERbALIfE. Yup. I tried this once before my wedding and believe me, i lost 2 kgs in just 2 weeks!! Well, you need to focus on the program, though. However, looking at the financial status, i only managed to buy the tea only - that is also hutang dgn Adik. Just within 6 days, i managed to lost 1.4kg! Alhamdullilah. Salam... With deep sorrow, our office has lost a very prominent staff in the company. Sarjan Major Azizan Abu Talib. He was our reference for any job related to his Auxiliary Police Team. He was one of the person that we turned to for any advice when we had events and VVIPs or VIP is coming. He was always bringing in the brown colored organizer to his meetings or discussions with us or the bosses. He was always talking on the phone with a high pitch note, which i know it's his style. He was always wearing the perfume that only this smell i can cope with when i was pregnant - friends told me that maybe my daughter may like him. SHE DID NOT HAVE A CHANCE TO MEET HIM. He was a strict guy but he was always smiling to us. Oh my GOD. He really has passed away. There are too many 'was' in my early text. Al-Fatihah to Arwah. Takziah to his family. Salam... Hidup amat tertekan. Jadi, setiap hari saya akan tgk gambar anak dalam handphone. Ceria sket. teringat masa dia ketawa. masa nak suap dia makan. so, hilang sikit stress. tapi, dalam masa yang sama, ada juga gambar-gambar yang saya rakam untuk masukkan dalam blog. malangnya, sangat sibuk, jadi tak sempat. sebelum saya terdelete gambar-gambar itu, saya masukkan sekarang ye... teka sapa ni? inilah ayah kepada boyfriend Aryssa, Raeez Mikael. bukan boyfriend betul2, playdate sahaja... jas, ni la lakimu. Inilah bekas susu Aryssa yang telah kubikin menjadi bekas letak shake herbalife. teima kasih Aryssa sbb pinjamkan ummi benda ni!! Yang berdiri tu nama Yuzle. Kawan ofis kami. Dia suke minum milo ais. Dia suke sakat org. Hari tu, dia gaduh ngan nanim lama. Kini sudah berbaik dan semakin kuat menyakat nanim. Korang ada jodoh kot... er, no? OTW pi ofis, nampak pokok ni sedang ranum dengan bunga ala2 sakura. sangat cantik. taktau la korang nampak tak cos pakai kamera handphone je pun.....
